How do we do it??? We have 2 cricket experts who have a great knowledge of the game and simply know more about International & Domestic cricket than your average bookmaker. One of our experts is still involved in the game at a coaching level and uses his intimate knowledge built up over 15 years of playing the game together with a number of contacts at International & County level.

Paul Collingwood has been underrated by bookmakers and England fans for a long time. He was a massive 8/1 to be top England Series batsman against South Africa where as the likes of Kevin Peiterson was less than half that price. Statistically Peiterson is only slightly better than Collingwood, it made the 8/1 available on Collingwood superb value.

Graeme Swann was also backed to be the Series top bowler at 9/2 for England. We realised that England would be going in with just 4 bowlers rather than 5 which statistically means that the spin bowler in the side gets a lot more overs to bowl, and hence theoretically more wickets! Added to the mix is that Swann is a wicket taking bowler, and with the new review system suiting his game, he again represented great value. Our theory worked as Swann bowled 48 overs more than any other England bowler and more importantly took 21 wickets in the Series to land a 9/2 single and our 48/1 double!

Last year Matthew Hoggard was left out of the England Test team to face New Zealand (a big surprise at the time) and the underrated James Anderson was going to spearhead the England pace attack. Over 24 hours after breaking the news bookmakers were still giving out odds on Anderson at 7/1 to be the top England bowler. We backed him at these crazy odds in a single and a double with Andrew Strauss to be top England batsman and the double paid out at 40/1!
